Rental Registration Forms & Information

If you own a rental property, you must adhere to the Rental & Leasing Rules attached to the right. For New Tenants, the forms to the right must be completed and submitted prior to your tenant moving in. This is mandatory before obtaining access badges.

You will also need to provide the following:

  • Lease Addendum

  • Tenant Amenities Form

  • Lease Term

  • $100 Registration Fee (Pay by Check or Credit Card. Credit Card Transactions will incur a 3% fee)

  • Property Management Agreements (If applicable)

    You may email the documents to compliance@savannahca.com and call 972-346-3020 to pay the Registration Fee with a check or credit card.

For recurring tenants, you will need to provide a current lease agreement to compliance@savannahca.com once the original agreement expires. Please do this promptly to stay compliant with our Rental & Leasing Rules.

NOTE: If the current tenant transitions to a month-to-month agreement after the original lease expires, written confirmation must be provided to compliance@savannahca.com.
