Architectural Standards Committee
Savannah has a unique design aesthetic and our homeowners are proud of it! Part of that includes adhering to architectural standards. Modifications to the exterior of the property must be approved by the Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) prior to the start of the project.
A new streamlined process is now in place to submit ARC Requests! You can now submit requests electronically through the resident portal and track the approval status from emails automatically sent to you. This means no more scanning or emailing!
Please submit as much information as possible to ensure a speedy response. Upon submission, the Architectural Standards Committee has 60 days from the time of submission to review and make a decision regarding your request. Any updates or communication regarding your application will be sent directly to the email address used for your Resident Connect account.

NOTE: If you’re not making any changes to the current exterior of the home (i.e. color, type of material, etc.) an ASC Modification Request is not required.

Approved Exterior Paint Colors (An Architectural Modification form is required if choosing from approved colors)
Note: The paint colors are labeled body or door. Body colors may be used on the entire exterior, door colors are only meant to be used on the exterior front and back doors of your home.
Approved Trees and Plants (Trees with stars next to them are the only trees allowed in the parkway.)
