HOA Dues...

Changes in 2012 Semi-annual payments of $377.50 will be due April 1, 2012 and October 1, 2012, but the grace period will only be 10 days.

Dues must be current to access the pool and other amenities or to attend some HOA events. If dues are left unpaid, access cards may be de-activated until the account is current and the balance due is paid.

The SCA office cannot accept checks for association dues. Please contact Premier Communities at (877) 378-2388 for questions about your account.

What Is a "Fresh Water Supply District"?

It's the governing body of Savannah.

Savannah is served by a water district referred to as Denton County Fresh Water Supply District (DCFWSD #10). It is a political subdivision of the State of Texas created to serve the residents of Savannah and Artesia. Governed by five elected District Directors, the District is responsible for managing a variety of governmental services and projects including:

* Tax collection and rate setting
* Retail water and sewer service
* Law enforcement services and funding
* Fire protection services and funding
* Street infrastructure maintenance and funding
* Water infrastructure maintenance and funding
* Sewer and drainage infrastructure maintenance and funding

DCFWSD #10 typically meets at 6pm on the third Thursday of every month at the Savannah Clubhouse. To keep up with DCFWSD news, visit their website: www.dcfwsd10.org.
