HOA Dues...
SCA dues are due twice a year in April and October. Balance
must be current to access the pool and other amenities or to
attend some SCA events. If dues are left unpaid, cards may be de-activated until account is current and dues are paid. Access cards for new residents will be issued when the
Association office has confirmation that April 1st dues have
been paid. New residents need to stop by the SCA office for an
orientation and to obtain pool passes and access cards.
The SCA office cannot accept checks for association dues.

What Is a "Fresh Water Supply District"?
It's the governing body of Savannah.
Savannah is served by a water district referred to as Denton County Fresh Water Supply District (DCFWSD #10). It is a political subdivision of the State of Texas created to serve the residents of Savannah and Artesia. Governed by five elected District Directors, the District is responsible for managing a variety of governmental services and projects including:
* Tax collection and rate setting
* Retail water and sewer service
* Law enforcement services and funding
* Fire protection services and funding
* Street infrastructure maintenance and funding
* Water infrastructure maintenance and funding
* Sewer and drainage infrastructure maintenance and funding
