HOA Dues...

SCA dues are due twice a year in April and October. Balance must be current to access the pool and other amenities or to attend some SCA events. If dues are left unpaid, cards may be de-activated until account is current and dues are paid. Access cards for new residents will be issued when the Association office has confirmation that April 1st dues have been paid. New residents need to stop by the SCA office for an orientation and to obtain pool passes and access cards.

The SCA office cannot accept checks for association dues. Please contact Premier Communities at (877) 378-2388 for questions about your account.

Pay your dues online at: www.premiercommunities.net/paydues.html
