Savannah is a residential community located in Denton County in North Texas. Membership in the Savannah Homeowners Association (SCA) is automatic upon the purchase of a lot or home within the development.

Premier Communities Management manages Savannah and is responsible for hiring and overseeing the maintenance contractors. Dues are collected in advance annually.
