ASC Modification Request
If you intend to make improvements
to the exterior of your property, you will need to complete an
Architectural Standards Committee (ASC)
modification request form and attach a detailed
documentation when you mail or hand-deliver it to the
Association (no faxes please). You can proceed with your work
after you receive a written approval letter from the
Architectural Standards Committee (ASC).
The entire process may take up to
60 days, so please be patient. However, if you have not heard
back from the Association Manager within a week of submission,
please email
scamanager@savannahca.com or call 972-346-3020 to confirm
receipt and/or status of your request.
