Fitness Center

The Fitness Center offers a complete weight room, marble locker rooms and separate men’s and women’s saunas. A jetted gunite hot tub sits on the verandah overlooking the pool and promises year-round relaxation.

The second floor workout area sports a Cardio room with treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals with great views.

Café

The Café is the perfect place for a small birthday party or for the caterer to set up for a large wedding. It has a juice bar with 7 stools as well as table and chairs for seating an additional 20 people.

Library

Situated in the heart of the community building, our cozy Library boasts a huge fireplace, game table for a quiet game of chess, and bookcases stocked with current favorites and old classics.

Cypress Theatre

The Cypress Theatre is a multi-media room that serves as a gathering place for our special movie nights and other media-centered events such as the Olympics or a Super Bowl party. It is also a great place to have a presentation or lecture. 

Kitchen

Facilities include a large refrigerator, separate freezer and cook top (large range and grill).

Grand Ballroom

Grand Ballroom is a spectacular room with 45’ soaring cathedral ceiling, two sitting areas and a plasma TV. Designed for large gatherings, this entertainment area features huge balconies on the second floor that overlook the ballroom.

Boardroom

The Boardroom is perfect for club or committee meetings, and it can also serve as a craft room for scrapbooking or children's art crafts.

Multi-Purpose (MPR)/Exercise Room

The MPR/Exercise room is located on the third floor with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide lots of light for a cheery workout or your favorite artistic project.

The Savannah Water Park offers residents:

• A junior Olympic swimming pool with racing lanes for the Savannah Swim team

• A separate adult pool with water volleyball court

• 16’ & 25’ tall open air tube slides

• Separate waterslide pool cascades three feet to main pool

• 15’ tall rock waterfall in surrounding lake

• Huge rock grotto in pool

• Spray park Bathhouse

• Beach entry kiddie pool with island and separate covered sand beach.

Baseball/Softball Field

Palmero Park, Savannah's regulation size baseball/softball field, is ready for play. It is located on Magnolia Boulevard adjacent to the playground facilities. Palmero Park facilities include player benches, backstop, bases, and picnic tables for spectators to enjoy the game.

Basketball & Party Pavilion

The covered Basketball Pavilion is fully operational and available for those 3-on-3 pickup games or full court 5-on-5's. The full size court is covered and lighted so that play can continue in the evenings. Roller blade enthusiasts will find this area perfect for their sport as well. 

This multi-use facility can also be used as a Party Pavilion for large community and family functions and can be rented by residents.

Play Structures and Picnic Areas

Playground equipment and numerous picnic areas have been placed throughout the neighborhood to provide lots of opportunity for fun and family time.

Soccer Fields

For kids or adults who want to follow in the footsteps of Pele, Savannah offers an irrigated, landscaped, regulation soccer field. Located adjacent to the baseball filed on Magnolia Boulevard, this 419 tiff Bermuda soccer field may be used for league games or just a friendly pick up. 

Sand Volleyball Court

Whether you're into league play or a little two-on-two the sand volleyball court will offer a great opportunity to dive for a save or dig out a spike without scraping your knees. 

Tennis Complex

Savannah's tennis complex is located on the corner of Dogwood Trails and Magnolia Boulevard. It features four courts that are regulation size, fully lighted and protected by wind screens to enhance your playing enjoyment. All lights are on a timer system for nighttime play. Residents can reserve a court to ensure use of the facility at a specified time.

All Community Association scheduled events, leagues, or tournaments will take priority over individual homeowner use of all sports facilities.

The Savannah paddle boats "Bogey", "Donald", and "Pelli" are available for your enjoyment during the Pool Season (subject to the availability of staff). These boats are fun for all ages!

Please call ahead to confirm availability. You will need to sign a liability form, so please bring a photo ID with your Savannah address on it.

In case you are wondering about the names for the boats, the paddle boats are shaped like the African Queen (from the Bogart movie), a duck and a pelican.
